1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for orders within Pakistan.

  • Bank Transfer – Customers can pay via direct bank deposit (details provided during checkout).

  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash – Fast and easy mobile payments (available on request).

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Coming soon.

Note: COD is not available for certain bulk or customized orders. In such cases, full or partial advance payment may be required.

2. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is received (or COD order is placed), you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email with your order details

  • An invoice (automatically or upon request)

  • Estimated delivery timelines

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

3. Payment Security

We take your security seriously:

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure and trusted payment channels.

  • We never store sensitive payment information like credit card numbers or passwords.

5. Currency & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep our pricing accurate and up-to-date, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.
