Eligibility for Returns

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

  • Undergarments or any hygiene-sensitive products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
